Use of MatanDash is subject to these terms. This document presents the basic rules for using the platform clearly.

Using an account

Provide accurate details, keep sign-in information confidential and use appropriate security measures. Do not use the service for illegal, harmful or infrastructure-threatening activity.

Sites and content

The account owner is responsible for content, plugin and theme licences, and legal compliance. The platform may block an action that puts the service at risk or exceeds an allowance.

Plans and availability

Allowances and features are determined by the active plan. We work to maintain high availability, but maintenance and incidents outside our control can occur.

Deletion and backups

Permanently deleting a site removes its resources according to the confirmation flow in the platform. Backups are available only on plans that include them and according to their retention policy.
